About me Elena

My name is Elena and I live in Ottawa, Canada. I am retired teacher. Back in Romania I was teacher for almost 30 years. I always all what is beautiful and requires some artistic talent. I always enjoy cooking and making desert and cakes for my family and friends.

My grandchildren are grown up and now I have time to cook and try many recipes I collected over the years from different European books.
